This matter draws our attention to the test for exclusionary effect in municipal zoning as it pertains to Bristol Township. Specifically, this court is asked to determine whether recent Pennsylvania cases which find zoning ordinances unacceptable when they have an exclusionary effect seek to guard against the exclusion of certain forms of housing or certain types of people.
