This is a bill in equity seeking to force the defendant to comply with RSA 4:1 (Supp. 1979) regarding the plaintiff's tenure as a state official and alleging a violation of plaintiff's constitutional rights. The Trial Court (Contas, J.) granted the defendant's motion to dismiss for failure to state a cause of action, and reserved and transferred the plaintiff's exceptions. We affirm.
