By memorandum and order dated January 21, 1980, the court refused the within request for an unconditional termination of the within trust and a distribution of its assets. Without discussing the facts in great detail, the basis for the court's action was that petitioners seeking the termination of the trust were adults with issue who conceivably could inherit in a petitioner's place in the event the petitioner pre-deceased
