PER CURIAM.

Defendant, Garfield Hollis, was convicted by a jury of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, in violation of MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2). After being sentenced to life imprisonment, he appeals as of right.

Defendant first alleges that there was not sufficient evidence to sustain his conviction on the charged offense. In People v Johnson,1 this Court set forth the standard to be followed where a claim is made...
