The plaintiff, Lawrence A. Brown, filed a complaint in the circuit court of Macon County alleging that he sustained injuries as a result of the negligence of the defendant, Decatur Memorial Hospital, while he was a patient in that institution. The dismissal of two counts of that complaint was affirmed in an earlier appeal (51 Ill.App.3d 1051
