HILL, Judge.

Defendant has brought forth thirteen assignments of error. In reviewing defendant's conviction, we must first address defendant's argument that the trial court erred when it denied defendant's motions to dismiss the case. We find there was sufficient evidence of felonious larceny for the case to be submitted to the jury and that defendant's motions to dismiss as of nonsuit were correctly denied.
