Ciaramitaro and Stephanie Ciaramitaro appeal as of right from an August 29, 1978, decision of the Macomb County Circuit Court awarding plaintiffs George and Dorothy Badour $22,515, with interest, on a promissory note executed on April 15, 1971, by Leo Zifkin and Loretta Zifkin, his wife, and Anthony V. Ciaramitaro and Stephanie Ciaramitaro, his wife.
