GORDON, Justice:

Defendant Robert A. Schilleman was convicted, after a jury trial, of first degree rape and first degree burglary. He appeals from the judgments and from concurrent sentences of ten to fifteen years imprisonment for rape and three to six years imprisonment for burglary. Taking jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 47(e)(5), Rules of Supreme Court, we affirm.
