In this appeal, a surety seeks to overturn the order of the court below forfeiting posted bail. We reverse.

Appellant in this case is Thomas Corey, a professional bondsman. In February 1977, criminal defendants, Nicholas Moccia and C. Scott Heggie, were arrested.
