On December 1, 1975, plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Abdelbaki, purchased a large, forty-year-old residence, located at 3000 Dalrymple Drive in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, from defendant, University Presbyterian Church, for the price of $95,000.
