On December 13, 1978, the plaintiff (husband) filed a complaint for divorce against the wife. On July 24, 1979, the wife filed two motions, one seeking an increase in the amount of an earlier temporary support order, the other seeking an interlocutory conveyance of the husband's interest in the marital home to the wife.
