This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals filed August 17, 1979, which reversed a judgment entered by the circuit court for Outagamie county, Gordon Myse, Circuit Judge, in favor of plaintiff Air Wisconsin, Inc. The court of appeals remanded the case for a new trial on the issue of liability.
