This is a workmen's compensation proceeding instituted by Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lyon, the parents of John Lyon who was killed in an on-the-job accident on September 21, 1974. The suit was brought against Henry Cobena as the immediate employer of John Lyon and against Brown's Velvet Dairy Products, Inc. as the statutory employer of John Lyon pursuant to LSA R.S. 23:1061.
