A review of the pertinent legislative provisions satisfies us that party membership required for purposes of nomination as a candidate for the county committee of that party by way of petition of nomination is prima facie established by the certification of the nominee himself annexed to the petition "that he is qualified for the office ... [and] that he is a member of the political party named therein...
