Appellants, the Masseys, purchased a mobile home from appellee, Stephens. The Masseys subsequently instituted suit against Stephens alleging the breach of implied warranties in connection with the sale. Thereafter, the Masseys amended their complaint to include two other counts against Stephens. The first count added by amendment alleged a violation of the Federal Truth-In-Lending Act (TILA) occurred in the financing of their purchase of the trailer...
