Defendant, Jake Walker, was charged by information in the circuit court of Macon County with three counts of armed robbery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 18-2) and one count of attempted murder (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 8-4). Defendant pleaded guilty to all charges, and the circuit court entered judgment thereon and imposed an 8- to 24...
