Defendant Warren Harris, Jr. was charged by grand jury indictment with four counts of first degree murder in violation of R.S. 14:30. He was tried jointly on all four counts. After jury trial defendant was found not guilty on the first count and guilty as charged on counts two, three and four. The jury after a sentencing hearing recommended that defendant be sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence...
