This ejectment action was brought by "John Doe," the "fictitious lessee" of Motel Associates of Atlanta, to eject Mr. and Mrs. Paul Jones from a penthouse apartment on the seventh floor of the Best Western White House Hotel in Atlanta. The White House Hotel stands partially on property which Paul Jones owned in 1962.
