SMITH, Judge.

Carroll Wilford Phipps appeals his conviction for the involuntary manslaughter of Russell Rarick alleging his pretrial statement was not taken in accord with the requirements of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (86 S.C. 1602, 16 LE2d 694) (1966) and the prosecutor's closing argument contained inaccuracies and was highly inflammatory and prejudicial. We affirm.
