This matter came before the Court on July 9, 1980, for a hearing on confirmation of a Chapter 13 plan filed by the debtor on December 10, 1979, and amended February 20, 1980.1 For the reasons stated herein, the Court finds that the plan fails to meet the confirmation standards of good faith, as set forth in 11 U.S.C. 1325(a)(3), and feasibility, as set forth in 11 U.S.C. 1325...
