Plaintiff, Anthony Eugene Peoples, was employed by defendant Chrysler Corporation in 1976. On June 24 of that year, while operating a lubricating machine, plaintiff suffered a serious accident when his hand became caught between the rollers. As a result his arm was drawn into the machine and severely crushed. Following the accident, the plaintiff filed a petition for worker's compensation benefits...
