The state raises two propositions of law in this appeal. One challenges the Court of Appeals' determination that R. C. 2945.59 was not complied with in the admission of tape recordings against the defendants at trial. The other challenges the appellate court's holding that the videotaped deposition was improperly admitted in evidence at trial.
