OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

Appellant, found guilty by a jury of aggravated assault, escape, and disorderly conduct, was sentenced to a five-year term in the Arizona State Prison on the assault charge and a concurrent one and one-half year term for escape. He was sentenced to time served on the disorderly conduct.
