Appellant, Chris Van Egmond, appeals from an order of the District Court for Madison County, Nebraska, affirming a judgment of the county court of Madison County, Nebraska, finding appellant guilty of resisting or abusing an officer in the performance of his duty in violation of Neb. Rev.Stat. § 28-729 (Reissue 1975). We affirm.
