This is an appeal from judgment of sentence entered upon a plea of guilty to possession of a prohibited offensive weapon1 and aggravated assault.2

Appellant argues that he should be permitted to petition to withdraw his guilty plea nunc pro tunc because his trial counsel3 was ineffective in not filing a petition to withdraw
