The appeal in this equity case arises from a Final Decree denying the requests of the numerous Plaintiffs-Appellants for injunctive relief and damages. The Appellants are former employees of the Defendant-Appellee, Duquesne Brewing Company of Pittsburgh (hereinafter referred to as "Duquesne").
