This appeal arises out of an action for breach of contract brought in the Circuit Court for Charles County by Ronald W. Pickett (Pickett) and the Clifton Building Corporation (Clifton), the appellee, against The Sergeant Company (Sergeant) and Fidelity Federal Savings & Loan Association (Fidelity), the appellants.
