GILBERT, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Two divergent schools of thought are involved in this appeal. The appellant, Alfred W. Feiler, urges that we follow that expressed by the late Samuel Goldwyn that "[a] verbal contract isn't worth the paper it's written on."1 The appellees, Benjamin Rosenbloom, Adolph Farber, William Chanoff and Charles Ellerin, suggest we adhere to that stated in Don Quixote2<...
