This is an appeal from a final order of the court below vacating a preliminary injunction previously granted by the court and dismissing plaintiffs' complaint. This equity action was commenced by appellants Joel Straup, Preston Straup and Emerson Kriebel who sought injunctive relief enjoining the appellee, the Times Herald, from interfering with appellants' newspaper "distributorships."
