OPINION BY JUDGE MENCER, December 12, 1980:

Edith H. Faust, widow of A. Wesley Faust, appeals from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee's dismissal of her fatal claim petition. We affirm.
