After a jury trial, defendant Woodrow Richard was found guilty of armed robbery and sentenced to not less than four and not more than 10 years imprisonment. Defendant appeals, contending that (1) the trial judge committed reversible error when he denied defendant's motion to suppress the identification evidence because the lineup from which he was identified was unnecessarily suggestive...
