In an information filed in the county court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, on June 5, 1979, Lee E. Suhr, the defendant and appellant herein, was charged under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-611(2) (Reissue 1979) with issuing a bad check, second offense.
