This is an action brought by plaintiff-appellant, Defenders of the Christian Faith, Inc., against the defendants-appellees, Sedgwick County Assessor and Board of County Commissioners, seeking injunctive relief pursuant to K.S.A. 60-907(a) from the payment of real estate taxes on certain property and from a pending sale of the real estate for taxes.
