Lambert, claimant in this workmen's compensation case, appeals from the judgment of the circuit court of Christian County confirming a decision of the Industrial Commission denying compensation. That decision affirmed an arbitrator who had found that claimant had failed to prove that his injuries arose out of and in the course of his employment or that his present condition...
