Appellant, La Donna Borland, appeals from an order sustaining a motion to dismiss her action against appellee, Robert Gillespie, made following the completion of her evidence on the issue of liability. This appeal presents the rather unique question as to whether or not the negligence of one causing an accident and damages to a victim is the proximate cause of a later accident involving the victim who was purportedly chasing the original tort-feasor...
