Rullman for sums claimed due as a result of the sale of his Hastings, Nebraska, accounting business to defendant, LaFrance, Walker, Jackley & Saville, an accounting partnership. The Hastings business was subsequently acquired by McDermott and Miller, another accounting partnership.
