This is a civil suit to recover damages on two counts: (1) False arrest and imprisonment, and (2) Malicious prosecution. At the close of plaintiff's evidence, defendant moved for a directed verdict or, in the alternative, to withdraw the jury and dismiss plaintiff's petition. The motion was granted and the petition was dismissed. Plaintiff appeals and we affirm.
