The first ground cited by the trial court for setting aside the Board's order was the alleged failure of the school authorities to follow the procedure for dismissal established by statute. While the court found no single violation of procedure sufficient to taint the entire process, the court concluded that a succession of partial errors denied the petitioner a fair adjudication:
