Respondent determined a deficiency of $10,775 in petitioners' 1973 Federal income taxes. As a result of concessions by petitioners, the issue presented for our determination is whether under section 2151 petitioners are entitled to deduct an amount equal to the fair market value of a residence transferred from petitioner to his former spouse under the terms of a divorce decree.
