Defendant appeals of right his April 19, 1978, bench trial conviction of receiving and concealing stolen property over $100. MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803. On July 7, 1978, he was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to serve 120 days in the county jail. We affirm.

Defendant contends that the lower court erred in refusing to suppress certain evidence that was found by the police after what defendant terms was an illegal stop of his automobile...
