Yakima Cement Products Company sued its insurer, Great American Insurance Company, to recover a portion of damages Yakima was required to pay F.S. Jones Construction Company for the negligent and defective manufacture of concrete wall panels. Both Yakima and Great American sought review of the trial court's decision.
