The plaintiff, C. White & Son, Inc., appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court, denying a permanent injunction against the defendant town of Rocky Hill. The plaintiff, which is engaged primarily in the petroleum hauling business, sought to enjoin the defendants from enforcing a town ordinance restricting a designated class of commercial truck traffic from using Forest Street in Rocky Hill except while on a trip with a point of origin or destination...
