The four defendants were convicted of offenses arising under the motor vehicle laws. Each challenged his conviction on identical grounds, therefore, their cases were consolidated on appeal. Three of the defendants, Martin Falcon, Robin Roberts, and Glen White, were charged with operating a motor vehicle after license revocation...
