On June 30, 1978, Dobsons, Inc., and Mahendra Mehta, individually as president and sole shareholder in Dobsons, Inc. (hereinafter these parties will be collectively referred to as Dobsons), brought a declaratory judgment action (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 110, par. 57.1) against Oak Park National Bank (hereinafter Oak Park), to obtain a declaration of Dobsons' rights under a June 1977...
