After pleas of guilty by the defendant, Gregory Stephens, in four interrelated cases charging the offenses of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, the circuit court of Peoria County sentenced the defendant to concurrent terms of 4 1/2 years of imprisonment and this appeal ensued.
