The defendants were charged by information on July 24, 1979, with unlawful possession of cannabis in violation of section 4(d) of the Cannabis Control Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 56 1/2, par. 704(d)). The State appeals the court's order granting the defendants' motions to suppress physical evidence and quash the search warrant. We affirm.
