Plaintiffs, prisoners at Marquette State Prison, sought writs of habeas corpus from the Marquette Circuit Court alleging that defendant warden had forfeited their respective good time without due process of law. Following hearings held August 8, 1979, the court ordered good time restored to all four plaintiffs on grounds that the acts complained of did not constitute "serious acts of insubordination" within the meaning of MCL 800.33; MSA 28.1403.
