Steven Snyder (Claimant) appeals to this Court from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of a referee denying Claimant's petition to set aside a final receipt he executed on a workmen's compensation claim. Claimant argues on this appeal that the referee capriciously disregarded competent evidence and erred as a matter of law in denying his petition to set aside the final receipt...
