The issue at bench is whether a secured creditor is entitled to relief from the automatic stay in order to permit it to proceed against the residence owned by the debtor and his wife. We conclude that the secured creditor is not entitled to relief from the stay because the debtor has an equity in the residence, because there is adequate protection of the secured creditor's interest and because no other reason...
