This is an appeal from the judgment of the circuit court of McHenry County awarding the plaintiff the sum of $58,370.70 for breach of covenant under a lease.

The plaintiff was the owner in trust of an industrial building and the defendant, Hedges Manufacturing Co., Inc., and its guarantor, Richard Moellering, entered into a lease of that property...
